So I'm walking around today and I notice this guy dressed rather fashionably. He seemed quite pleased with himself and was walking with a slight swagger. Except... his shirt said "sixers". Hee!

Speaking of the Sixers, I always found it kind of odd in Best Friends when Amy and Elizabeth are coming up with a name for the newspaper. Because Amy gushes over Sixers like it's the greatest name ever, and Elizabeth acts like she had a stroke of genius. But it's such a boring name. Not as boring as the 7 & 8 Gazette, but still.

I scanned a bunch of my SVT book covers the other day and subsequently made icons. They're nothing fancy-schmancy, just cover scans and crops, but sometimes that's nice ;)

Even though this community isn't crazy active, the ugly layout has been bothering me. It's not fantastic now, but it's better than the garish purple stripes!

Hi :) I've finally figured out how to join this journal! :) I'm Emma, from the UK, and I'm a MAJOR Sweet Valley fan...and an even bigger Elizabeth and Todd fan :D I love talking about SV online, cos everyone is as mad about it as I am! I just found this community, and I'd rather sell this to you girls than eBay :))

The books are in a myriad of conditions. Some of them are literally 20 years old! I purchased a few of those second hand, so they are not in the best shape [rated Mint, Poor, Good, or Fair]. Poor doesn't mean it's falling apart, simply the exterior has minor damage. Newer editions are obviously in extremely great mint condition, pristine without any tears, price stickers, markings, dog ears, etc.

I'm currently racking my brains trying to remember the title of the Christmas Special in which Elizabeth and Jessica go into some sort of dream world where they meet a set of boy twins called Dorin (sp?) and Adair, and realise what it means to be a twin.

I really want to get hold of it on Ebay/Amazon, but I can't until I remember the name!

Does anyone know?

What is your favourite SV Twins book?

Mine is The Curse of the Ruby Necklace. It gave me the creeps when I first read it (and I was, like, ten) and I just love the story. Once, on Microsoft 3D Movie Maker, I attempted to make the Dead Little Rich Girl movie, because the haunted house sets are very suited to it.

Plus it's always fun when the twins are in a movie and they're all "Oooh, we've never been on TV or in a movie before!" They must have extremely short memories. Not only because they can never remember all their past showbiz experience, but also because they can never remember all their past paranormal experience.
